About the event
The day will consist of helping you set yourself up for the year ahead. Helping you set your goals. Making sure they’re set in a way to give you best chance. You will set your yearly vision and we will discuss mitigating hurdles in the year ahead. I will be teaching some brand new content around performance that I have been using with top level athletes.
As always the energy will be high. Let’s get you off to the best start.
